Refund Policy

Effective Date: 30 May 2025

We aim to ensure satisfaction with every purchase on TakeInk. However, due to the digital nature of our service, refunds are limited and subject to the policy below.

1. Payment
All payments are securely processed through our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd. By purchasing from takeink.com, you confirm that you’re authorized to use the payment method provided.

2. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:
• The refund request is made within 48 hours of purchase
• No features have been used, including generating images, downloading files, or accessing premium content
• The access or subscription is still active at the time of the request

3. Non-Refundable Services
Once any premium feature has been used — such as generating tattoo designs or downloading content — the purchase becomes non-refundable. All services are considered fully consumed once accessed.

4. How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to support@takeink.com with:
• Your email address
• Order ID (if available)
• Reason for the request
We will review your case and respond within 10 business days.

Legal Information
This policy is operated by Rodion Spirin, sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. All payments are handled by Paddle.com, our official payment provider.
